Yoga and I found each other while training for my first marathon in 2008. I deepened my practice and found a connection between my breath and movement while practicing Ashtanga’s primary series. I enjoy the way my body feels challenged yet peaceful in my practice. Yoga has also helped me off the mat in being a better mom, wife, daughter, and friend. I have since received my YogaFit and AFAA Group Fitness certifications and continue my journey of learning, practicing, and sharing. I have a personal addiction to arm balances – the beautiful balance of strength, awareness, and flexibility. Come play with me!
